Capitalized terms used herein shall have the definition attributed to them in our Subscription Terms unless otherwise specified herein.

Minors under Age 13
The minimum age to use the Services and the Website is thirteen (13) unless the express written permission of your parent or guardian has been recorded with your student health center. Tech4Lawyers does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13) or knowingly allow such persons to register as Members of the Website unless such persons meet the criteria outlined above. No one under age thirteen (13) is allowed to provide any Personally Identifiable Information in conjunction with the Services unless they meet the criteria outlined above. In the event that we learn that we have collected Personally Identifiable Information from a minor under age 13 who does not meet the criteria outlined above, we reserve the right to deactivate any Services associated with that person; however, we will retain that person’s Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with state and federal laws pertaining to retention and protection of such information.
