An Order Suspending Provisions of Certain Statutes and Rules in Order to Facilitate Remote Notarization and Witnessing of Documents

Tennessee Governor, Bill Lee, issued an emergency order on April 9th, 2020 effectively allowing for witnessing and notarization of legal documents in the state of Tennessee to happen via real-time Video Conferencing software like Skype (which is now Microsoft Teams), FaceTime, Zoom, and WebEx.
